Shipping and Refund Policy

  1. Placing Orders
    1. You are responsible for any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you.
    2. Orders placed by you are offers to purchase of goods under the terms and conditions in this Agreement at the price specified (including delivery and other charges).
    3. Goods sold by www.nutracarelife.com.au are not reserved in-cart, and an order is only finalised when you have completed checkout process and received an order confirmation from us and payment is received in full.
    4. Your order may be rejected in circumstances where we believe there may be a credit card or payment related fraud (detected prior to the goods being shipped), or where your order cannot be shipped, or if there has been an error in the price or product description on the Website.
    5. In the event that we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.
    6. We reserve the right to notify you that goods for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Your order may be delayed, or you may receive a full refund in the event we cannot fulfil your order in a reasonable time frame.
  2. NutraCare Satisfaction Guarantee
    1. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the despatch of your order to claim your refund from NutraCare customer service via info@nutracarelife.com.au
    2. Note this refund is valid for first time customer only and relates to the purchase of single unit order only either for PregmaPlus+ 15*35g Sachets or PregmaPlus+ 1*800g Tin.
    3. We do not accept product refunds on the purchase of product bundle PregmaPlus+ 3*800g Tin or PregmaPlus+ 9*800g Tin.
    4. All opened and unopened units must be returned to us.
    5. Satisfaction Guarantee refund excludes the freight charges paid by customer during initial order. If you happen to purchase any products during a Free Shipping promo, there will be a $10 reduction fee off the total refund.
    6. Satisfaction Guarantee refund can only be claimed once.
  3. Product refund under Satisfaction Guarantee:
    1. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    2. Once an item is returned, we will inspect your goods and/ or investigate any claimed defect.
    3. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase.
    4. We aim to process refunds and replacements within 28 days of receipt by us of the original product, however, depending on your item and the number of returns in our system, this may take longer.
  4. Product replacement under Faulty Product/ Not Fit for Purpose:
    1. In the event you received a faulty/ damaged goods, we will organise a product replacement of same value to be dispatched to you in which shipping fees borne by NutraCare. Please contact NutraCare customer service info@nutracarelife.co.au within 14 days from the despatch of your order. Normal consumer protection rights are maintained.
  5. Guest Checkout
    1. You can make purchases on our Website without creating an account by using our Guest Checkout.
    2. When you use Guest Checkout, we will collect any personal information you provide, including your name, email and delivery address, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  6. Price, Payment and Use of Discount/Coupon Codes
    1. The prices of goods, delivery and other charges shown are in Australian dollars.
    2. Confirmed payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods. If your payment is not received or is declined by us, your bank or credit card issuer, we cannot and will not hold items against your order.
    3. A discount code is only valid for a single transaction and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotion offers.
  7. Shipping and Delivery
    1. Subject to this Agreement, goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email.
    2. We will endeavour to despatch the order same day as long as the orders are received before 12pm daily. You will be emailed the tracking number used for shipping status enquiries. Delivery times will vary based on location. Shipping within Australia is generally carried by Australia Post, though we may opt to use an alternate service where necessary.
    3. We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however, from time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow a minimum of 7-30 days delivery (standard post) specifically during peak times. We currently do not offer express shipping. Please ensure a valid address is supplied - we can deliver to residential, business and PO Box addresses and would not be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addressed filled during check out.
    4. Shipping charges are currently set at $10 for orders below $99.95. Any orders from $99.95 will receive free shipping. Currently we only deliver within Australia.
    5. Orders will be left in a safe place at your delivery address in accordance with Australia Post's standard practices.
    6. We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any delivery options at our absolute discretion.
